Manufacturing Initiatives
We believe that a sustainable philosophy for manufacturing revolves around creating products and processes that meet present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs. It integrates environmental, social and economic considerations into every stage of manufacturing, emphasizing resource efficiency, waste reduction, and ethical responsibility.
Renewable Electricity
We have an onsite and an offsite solar plant amounting to about 40% of our current electricity consumption. We plan to make further investments in solar to increase the renewable power to 80% of our consumption by 2030.
Renewable Fuel
We are currently using 100% renewable fuel for our energy consumption by utilizing agricultural waste and scrap lumber as fuel.
Maximizing Efficiency
We prioritize energy efficiency and responsible resource management across our production units. By continuously optimizing our production processes and energy reclamation, we aim to lower energy consumption across our sites.

Minimizing emissions is at the core of our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint. We reduce our footprint by cutting emissions, optimizing energy and water use. Our sites are ISO 14001:2015 certified, reflecting our commitment to environmental management with scope of continuous improvement.
